Using the 'Auto Email and Manual Email' Newsletter FeatureOnce you log in, you will see the main screen where you can add an 'auto email' or change the order in which they are sent. These 'auto emails' will go out to anyone who signs up for your newsletter. Let me know if you would like the emails to go out each week, every 2 weeks, or more... The second area is to send a 1 time email (eg announcements, clinic news, etc). The bottom 2 options (Administrators and Other) allows to you grant someone else access. You can also import or export member's email addresses as well.
To change the order of the 'auto emails' simply change the sequence. Please ensure numbers are not repeated and are in sequence (eg, 1, 3,4,5,6) will mess it up.
To actually create an email, you will see a screen similar to Word. You can bold text, change colours, etc. When done, send submit (on the auto email screen) or preview if setting up a 1 time email. With the 1 time email, you can send yourself a test message (you need to be in your list) or you can press 'send' and your email will be sent to everyone on your list. You can insert the member's name by putting {name} in the email and the program will automatically insert their name.
