With any web site, the goal is to make it interesting and interactive. Adding videos, audio and pictures is a great way to do that.
The challenge then becomes, how do you simply record and add the media to your web site. There are several great (and expensive) programs out there were you call in, leave a recording and then you can add that recording to your site. However, there are two main issues, first they are usually an expensive monthly service and the other is that should you cancel your subscription you typically lose your recordings.
